MANAGING PARTNER – PHILIPPE CAMPOS

Managing Partner and AFIVAL Audit & Conseil founder, Philippe Campos has a background of 10 years of hands-on experience in the financial audit firm Cailliau Dedouit & Associés. During this time he was the project leader on many assignments requiring statutory audits (from middle-market firms to international finance groups). This also included transaction audits and/or company restructuring (buyer and vendor due diligence, capital transactions for quoted firms, company valuations, merger and acquisition audits). Philippe has also participated in expert evidence tasks.

• Chartered Accountant Degree and Certified Auditor. He holds an MBA from HEC Paris and is graduated of Paris V University in Law (Master in Fiscal Law).
   
• Member of the "Compagnie des Conseils et Experts Financiers" (a French Institute of Financial Advisers and Experts), "Société Française des Evaluateurs" (a French Institute of Experts in Corporate Valuation) and "Club Finance HEC" (the Finance Club of HEC Business School).
   
• Certification in Financial Valuation from SciencePo Paris and SFEV. Philippe also accomplished the "Corporate Valuation" Executive Program of Stern School of Business (New York University) animated by Aswath Damodaran.
   
• Languages: French and English (fluent).
